Rope Skipping - You have to see it to believe it!
The Camrose Spirals are a successful jump rope club, practicing at Sifton School. We compete provincially, nationally and internationally and are an amazing demonstrative group. We have a large number of very talented well trained instructors, offering excellent small group and individual training. Our program is coordinated and overseen by a staff of experienced coaches.
The Camrose Spirals Rope Skipping Club
offers three programs:
Fall/winter recreational and competitive programs. Small group instruction by trained athlete instructors. Great exercise in growing, fast paced, affordable sport.
12 week recreational (Mondays or Thursdays)
- Provincial level competition stream
- National level competition stream
Special “show” training will be part of all programs.
September 1, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. with the Community Registration at the Camrose Field House 4516-54 Street or, Saturday, September 11, 9am - noon Tuesday, September 14, from 7pm - 9pm At the Camrose Fire Hall.
