Rope Skipping - You have to see it to believe it! The Camrose Spirals are a successful jump rope club, practicing at Sifton School. We compete provincially, nationally and internationally and are an amazing demonstrative group. We have a large number of very talented well trained instructors, offering excellent small group and individual training. Our program is coordinated and overseen by a staff of experienced coaches. The Camrose Spirals Rope Skipping Club offers three programs: Fall/winter recreational and competitive programs. Small group instruction by trained athlete instructors. Great exercise in growing, fast paced, affordable sport. 12 week recreational (Mondays or Thursdays)
Special “show” training will be part of all programs. September 1, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. with the Community Registration at the Camrose Field House 4516-54 Street or, Saturday, September 11, 9am - noon Tuesday, September 14, from 7pm - 9pm At the Camrose Fire Hall.
